Kimberly Persaud

Kimberly Persaud as the Founder & President of Empire Wealth Solutions LLC drives the energy and efforts of the company. For over 10 years’ Kim has been the financial professional for the wealthy and middleclass families in the United States. Kim was born and raised in Guyana, South America. She started her career in Banking & Finance in Guyana at the Demerara Bank Limited where she served as a personal banker and supervisor in Operations/Audit Department where she worked approximately seven years.

Kim subsequently emigrated to the USA and started her career as an Agent with New York Life Insurance Company. Within six months Kim qualified for executive council and each year thereafter. She became a rising star and received several awards at New York Life such as Career producer, New Org FYC leader, Life Case rate Leader and Worksite Leader awards. Kim is also an MDRT (million dollar round table) qualifier, which allows her to not only network with other successful financial professionals worldwide, but also increase her knowledge base and learn best sales practices from leaders around the globe. She later advanced through the ranks at New York Life as Financial Professional and then Partner. Kim is driven by a mentality of being the best she can be in every aspect of her life. She takes great pride in her professional work and treats each client as her own family. She is very passionate on making a difference in the lives of others by helping them to solve complex financial problems. Her goal is to help each person, family or business become educated to make financially sound decisions. Kim is easy to work with and her recommendations of insurance strategies are designed to withstand the test of time. The ultimate result would be minimizing taxes, creating wealth & leaving a legacy for future generations.

Over the years Kim has led several life insurance companies in production. In her role at the New York life Insurance company she recruited and trained a team of sucessful agents & advisors. She also spent a few years at the Prudential Insurance Company of America & Mass Mutual as a Financial Professional. Kim now has moved on to fulfill her dream of having her own company brand, she saw the need to help her clients with all aspects of their financial needs under one roof with access to some of the best companies in the United States, hence the birth of Empire Wealth Solutions LLC.

Kim is a member of NAIFA, MDRT and Queens Community Lions club where she serves as the club secretary.
